My work has proven to me that underlying stuck emotions, beliefs and other energetic imbalances underlie the disruptive conditions in life that may hold us back spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically. Addressing these underlying pockets of disruption helps move us into alignment, freedom and renewed joy in life.
